This conference is held by Dalian University of Technology (DUT) and Collaborative Innovation Center of Major Machine Manufacturing in Liaoning from 28th October, 2016 to 31st October, 2016. Main leaders including Zhenyuan Jia, vice president of DUT, Xudong Kang, secretary of the party committee of SME, Wei Sun, president of SME etc. participated in this conference. In this conference, there are over 160 academia representatives from different countries and regions, such as Russia, USA, UK, Australia, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam, which include academician Liding Wang, academician Yuri Chugui, Professor Rajurkar, Professor Tadahiko SHINSHI, and Professor Robert Dorey. ICMT provided a platform to exchange ideas, to learn about new projects, to rethink existing initiatives, to be inspired and inspiring others.

The ICMT is an annual international mechatronics and technology conference that has been successfully held for 19 years. It represents the highest level in mechatronics and technology field in the world. The ICMT was held in USA, Singapore, Korea, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, etc., and this year 20th conference in Dalian. This conference offered a forum to discuss state-of-the-art technologies and emerging application trends, and provide great opportunities for professional interactions and networking in a friendly and hospitable setting.
